Hidden beaches and coves
The coastline in front of Primošten and the surrounding area towards the Šibenik archipelago is characterized by open sea along the entire stretch from Istria to Dubrovnik. That's precisely why you will always encounter the pure turquoise blue color of the sea in accessible coves. Here are some of the most beautiful beaches in the entire region. Most of the beaches from Primošten to Bilo are connected by a stone-paved promenade that everyone can easily walk along.
Uvala Dolac
A hidden and peaceful cove with turquoise waters, favored by the locals. There is no classic beach here, but rather cliffs and small docks perfect for those who want to avoid the crowds and enjoy the clear sea. The access is easy – by stairs or a walkway, and nearby there is a tavern called "Konoba kod Ivana." If you are arriving by boat, we can provide you with a mooring. Across the main road, there is a children's playground, a small football and basketball court, and exercise equipment.
Lučica Beach
Located in Dolac, this pebble beach with turquoise waters is a true little paradise for families and couples. It is surrounded by pines and cypress trees that provide natural shade, and it is located right below the Boxer Club and Azul Beach Bar. The access is easy, suitable for both children's strollers and wheelchair users, and parking is provided nearby.
Bila Lučica
A charming, secluded beach in Dolac, located beneath the famous tavern Bila Lučica. The combination of fine gravel and rocky outcrops creates an idyllic setting, while the pines at the edge of the beach offer pleasant shade. Enjoy swimming and relaxing and then refresh yourself at a nearby restaurant or café. Access is possible via stairs from the main road, and you can also reach the beach by bike or with a stroller along the promenade from Lučica.
Beach Rtić
At the end of Dolac, beneath Rtić streets, there are two smaller beaches hidden from the crowds. The beaches are pebbly, with the recognizable turquoise sea, and they are connected by a promenade that leads to the Adriatic campsite. Here you will find peace and privacy, and nearby you have numerous camp amenities. Parking is available along the main road, and there are stairs leading to the beach.
Camp Adriatic Beach
The long pebble beach stretches along the campsite, surrounded by pine trees that provide shade. Here you can find everything – beach bars, sports fields, a diving club, pedal boat rentals, and even a special beach for pets. The perfect choice for an active day at the beach!
Lokvica Beach (Bilo)
A small, hidden pebble beach at the entrance to Bilo, perfect for families and those who enjoy quieter spots. The water is crystal clear, and there is a children's playground and changing cabins by the beach. A promenade leads to the beach, and parking is available along the main road.
Dagna Beach (below Bau Bar)
At the very entrance to Primošten, hidden among the rocks, this beach offers an incredible turquoise color of the sea and is connected by a promenade to Primošten. Access is possible via stairs, and parking is located above the main road. Ideal for those who want to combine peace with proximity to the city.
Beach Velika Raduča (Primošten)
The largest beach in Primošten, located in a beautiful cove with incredible shades of turquoise and deep blue sea. Here, you will find numerous amenities – sun loungers, umbrellas, restaurants, and beach bars, with natural shade provided by the pine trees. The beach is popular among tourists, and parking is available for a fee at the city parking lot.
Mala Raduča Beach (Primošten)
In the very center of Primošten, this beach offers a multitude of amenities for families and children – trampolines, water slides, playgrounds, and sports fields. It is located along the city promenade, surrounded by restaurants, pastry shops, and souvenir stores. Perfect for a full day by the sea and fun! Parking is available for a fee.
Luka Beach (Primošten)
It stretches from the peninsula of Primošten to Porat, with a gentle entrance into the sea and a ramp for the disabled. On the beach, there are children's water slides and a water polo playground, and nearby there are restaurants and cafes. The beach is pet friendly. Parking along the road is available for a fee.
Porat Beach (Primošten)
A sandy beach with a magical view of Primošten. The best way to get there is by walking from the center, and parking is available for a fee. A perfect place to relax by the sea.
Mara Beach (Primošten – towards Rogoznica)
Perhaps the most beautiful beach in this area, with unreal shades of turquoise sea and a panoramic view of Primošten. You can come via the promenade or the path from the main road, and parking is nearby. Hidden from the crowds, ideal for those who want to experience the true Mediterranean atmosphere.
Nude beaches
The scrapes near Marina Lučica and the stretch from Bila Lučica to Bilo are popular among nudists and topless sunbathers.
Dog beaches
The coves in Dolac, part of the beach at the Adriatic campsite, and the special beach near the Primošten peninsula are tailored for pet owners which love to swim.
Beaches for people with disabilities.
In the northern part of Luka beach, there is a ramp for easier access to the sea, and parking is right next to the beach.
Secret coves
If you are looking for a place away from the crowds, small secluded coves among the rocks are perfect for you. Perfect for snorkeling, fishing, or simply sunbathing to the sound of the waves. Those beaches are special, and we want to preserve them – that's why we won't reveal them publicly, but if you're our guest, we'll gladly show you the secret locations or arrange a boat to take you to your private piece of paradise.
