The house, located in the small Dalmatian village of Podgreben, not far from Primošten, surrounded by olive, fig, and almond trees, far from the hustle of tourists, yet close to the sea, is intended for the rest of the body and soul.

In the heart of the Dalmatian village of Podgreben, at the address Babačići 13, your peaceful corner is placed, just 2.2 km from the sea. A relax 25-minute walk or a 3 minute drive will take you to Bila Lučica beach – a place where everything you need for true zen already exists: the scent of pine trees, the sound of waves, and the turquoise expanses of the sea. And for those practical moments, here you will find free parking, sun loungers, a bar and restaurant, but also the feeling that only nature can provide.
Our Apartments
The house consists of two apartments: the upper one, larger, accommodates 6 people, and the lower studio apartment is for 2 people.

Villa Propuh is located on a cycling route, perfect for exploring the landscape and enjoying breathtaking views. Lovers of walking can enjoy numerous trails through nature, with the opportunity to pick figs or grapes of the Primošten Babić along the way. Fishermen will find perfect spots to cast their fishing rods, while divers, with the crystal-clear sea and indented coastline, will have the opportunity to capture fascinating underwater scenes.
The musical backdrop of crickets
As soon as you step out of the car, you will be greeted by the scent of aromatic herbs and Mediterranean grasses, accompanied by the continuous musical backdrop of crickets, cicadas, and grasshoppers. Crickets start singing as soon as the temperature exceeds 25°C, and only the males sing, attracting females. If you spot a metallic green beetle, know that the environment is clean and untouched. At night, the crickets will lull you to sleep, and the mosquitoes will keep them company – so be sure to bring repellent. After a few hours of this natural music therapy, you will feel completely relaxed, free of stress and worries.
